7th Street Casino is seeking a Manager of Human Resources to be a part of our dynamic organization.

The Manager of Human Resources will be responsible for providing an atmosphere where having fun and providing high quality service to guests is a way of life for all employees. We are looking for the type of person with energy, drive, and creative abilities to recruit, train and motivate employees. Additional traits we seek are the ability to quickly instill credibility and trust into employees at all levels with the HR Department. Other responsibilities will be directing the day to day HR activities including compliance, planning, compensation, recruiting, orientation and project management.


  • A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of generalist human resources management experience. Work experience in a casino or the hospitality industry desired.
  • Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated skills in talent acquisition, leadership and employee relations
  • General PC knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience with HRM systems a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of a 24/7 workforce.
