Bearskin Services recently secured a $16.5 million contract to provide information technology and public affairs office support services for the Department of Energy’s Southwest Power Administration (SWPA) in Oklahoma, Missouri and Arkansas.
“We’ve supported SWPA with IT Services for the past five years and this award further validates the DoE’s confidence in Bearskin’s quality, expertise, and dedication to our customers,” said Katie Thompson, Contracts Manager for Bearskin Services.
In addition, Bearskin Services secured a $13 million contract to provide telecommunications and networked voice, video, and data services over the next five years to the Department of Defense’s Dover Air Force Base in Delaware. Bearskin performs Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support services and other services required to ensure the Base Telecommunications System is available 24-7.
“The Wyandotte Tribe of Oklahoma’s ongoing success hinges on our ability to acquire and retain major contracts,” Thompson said. “Bearskin has already provided five years of exemplary Base Telecommunications support for Dover, and this award further validates the DoD’s confidence in Bearskin’s quality, expertise, and dedication to our customers.
“Bearskin has been praised by Dover for its ‘one of a kind customer service, high performance standards, and exceptional response times, setting a precedence for excellence and value that will continue with this new contract.’”
