Description of Assignment

Wyandotte Nation Government is currently accepting applications for a Seasonal Fitness Youth Program Assistant at the Bearskin Healthcare and Wellness Center. Position for an employee that is enthusiastic, personable and an energetic team member. Assistant must be willing to support and carry out programming created by the Youth Program Coordinator for the Bearskin Fitness Center. The assistant to the Coordinator will help lead the summer program with a fun and caring attitude. Will assist to create, plan and implement new programs for healthy lifestyle. Will be responsible for driving a 15 passenger van and willing to participate in all physical activities. Must be flexible, demonstrate a high degree of patience and be able to multi task. Bachelor degree in education, health, or physical education or equivalent experience preferred. Must be CPR/AED/First Aid certified or be willing to get certified within 60 days of employment. In addition, applicant will be subject to a physical and background check/adjudication and drug testing.
